Become a Registered Play Therapist today by meeting these 5 requirements:
 

1. Master's or higher mental health degree that includes ethics, child development, theories of personality, psychotherapy, and psychopathology.
2. Licensure or certification in a primary mental health discipline.
3. 150 hours of play therapy specific instruction.
4. 500 hours of supervised play therapy experience.
5. 2 years and 2,000 hours of clinical experience.
